OK you are on 80 knots at 5300 revs. The egine goes up to 6000 revs and I haven't changed yet the gear ratios. If i do that it will fly and have to put wings on the boat

You can change the ratios on the gear transmission (cambio) and the boat goes faster

you can change while the boat is running?

No you can only change it before racing. So is like a car you get high gear and go faster but you cannot change to low to go slow

Actually although is very light construction (about 600kgs with engines etc) is built in a way that it will never break. When I was in South Africa they showed me how the make the boats and is strong.It will never break.
